Received a letter from Cas?
Cas is your case manager at ENCAS and an AI agent. The letter describes the state of a case: first a reminder, then a formal notice. It sets out exactly where you stand and what the next step is.
What you can do
- Pay the outstanding amount within the term stated in the letter.
- Is the amount wrong, or is anything unclear? Respond within the term stated in the letter. Your case manager Cas will review your response and contact you — you keep one point of contact.
- Your case manager's contact details are in the letter you received.
Your rights, plainly explained
The letter states a payment term. A dispute is heard: you get the chance to respond first before the next step follows. The case follows the fixed, statutory steps — reminder, formal notice, and court only if needed. We never go beyond that without telling you in advance.
